The electronic sender ( EN ) is an internet application designed for clients of Poczta Polska. It improves the process of sending postal items. EN enables the registration of shipments, generating transmitting documents in electronic form and automatically transferring a file with shipments directly to the selected post office. The electronic sender enables electronic communication between the client and his trading guardian on the part of Poczta Polska SA

The electronic sender significantly reduces the time needed to prepare shipping, download ready -made address labels, generate reports and statements of shipments sent, you can easily and quickly prepare all registered and unregistered shipments.
Data necessary for preparing shipping can be automatically transferred to an electronic sender using Webapi , imported from Excel files and import of XML files (prepared in accordance with the IWD ), which will eliminate the compulsion to manually rewrite subsequent data for shipping.
EN supports customers who conduct their sale using the Allegro platform and use Allegro Delivery, this enables the functionality of "Import from Allegro", which is integrated with API Allegro, which allows you to easily and quickly prepare shipping.
Customers using MS Allegro can also efficiently import their data from XML files using more functional "Import the XML file from the sales manager".
The application allows:
- electronic shipping process,
- generating broadcasting documents (including a statement for the company Poczta),
- quick preparation of more shipments to send,
- creating an address book - easy management of your own recipient base (addressees),
- access to full documentation related to shipment handling,
- Simple preparation of reports from sent shipments,
- electronic communication: customer - commercial guardian,
- electronic confirmation of the transmitting book,
- Import of shipping data: from the Allegro.pl website and the Allegro sales manager, Allegro Delivery, from the customer's programs by means of integration with Webapi or XML in accordance with the requirements of Poczta Polska SA and XLS files,
- saving costs related to shipping service.
This is not the end of EN - the application automatically transfers and receive files with information about broadcasted shipments, communicating directly with the post office indicated in the contract. All shipments sent using the application can be followed from its panel or generate through a collective report in XLS format.
The address label print is possible after creating and saving the parcel, click the "print" button and then the label will be downloaded. The PDF file with a label should be opened or saved (PDF file browser can be downloaded from www.adobe.com). The print should be made in 1: 1 format (without scaling) according to the downloaded format.
Printing the label is possible immediately after preparing and saving the parcel or after saving several shipments. The application also allows you to download a collective print and labels for any shipments drank in the collection. In order to download any labels, select the appropriate shipments in the set view by selecting "checkbox", then from the menu below the list select "Download the labels" and click "Select", after a while you will download PDF containing labels for selected shipments.
