Kurier Pocztex can be ordered using several options:

• Helpline,
• Electronic sender. After saving the shipment, click "Order a courier", complete the form and send the order,
• Using the Pocztex.pl website,
• Using the Envelo - Envelo.pl application. The Envelo application is available for download for Android and iOS platforms.

The parcel can be sent to any address that does not have to be the appropriate address of the recipient of the parcel. It is important, however, that the person who is the recipient is in an addressed place so that he can pick up the package.

Ezwrot is based on an online form supporting your customers in the return process. After indicating your store, the customer will generate an address sticker for a returned shipment, and then send it at one of over 4,500 Poczta Polska points .
