Poczta Polska ensures security of data stored and processed in applications in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law in this Personal Data Protection Act. Customer data is processed only in Poland in the basic and spare center of data processing of Poczta Polska.
Poczta Polska is the only owner of the electronic application sender and the hardware layer on which the application is maintained.
Any data saved and processed in the electronic application sender and using Webapi are safe. Safety is guaranteed by communication between the user's computer and the mail server encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Data are stored in a database protected against insight of third parties in a special security zone and only authorized persons obliged to keep the information obtained in secret have access to them.
Poczta Polska does not sell or provide personal data of users to other companies for marketing purposes without obtaining a clear consent of the user. Personal data may be made available to authorized authorities in response to legal requirements.
Information on the collection of personal data (related to the application from May 25, 2018 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and in the case of the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Journal of Laws of EU L 119, p. 1) - known as GDPR or general data protection regulation:
- The administrator of personal data indicated in EN is Poczta Polska SA with headquarters in Warsaw at ul. Spanish families 8, 00 - 940 Warsaw.

- Personal data will be stored for 18 months from the date of delivery.
- The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority. Information about this authority is given on the website of Poczta Polska www.poczta-polska.pl.
- The data subject has the right to access personal data, rectify them, delete or limit processing, and the right to object to processing, as well as the right to transfer data, withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- Personal data may be transferred to a third country in connection with the implementation of the service by the processing entity (cloud solutions), based on standard protection clauses adopted by the European Commission. The data subject is entitled to a copy of this data.
- The source of personal data is the sending of shipments. Personal data referred to in para. 1, are processed on the basis of art. 6 para. 1 lit. A, lit. B, lit. ci lit. f of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and in the case of the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal of Laws EU L 119 of 4.05.2016) - for the purpose Postal law and to conduct complaint proceedings.
- Providing personal data is necessary to provide the service.

The post office as a data administrator saved in the application ensures the exercise of rights arising from the Act pursuant to art. 6 para. 1 lit. A, lit. Bi lit. c of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and in the case of free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (general data protection regulation) (Official Journal EU L 119 of 4.05.2016), in particular, they allow them to correct and obtain information regarding processing of personal data.
Consent to receive commercial information by means of electronic means of communication, referred to in the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended), may be dismissed at any time
