Data in the e-seduce

Calendar

From March 2013, data in the application is stored and available for a period of 12 months. For further data availability, you must save the archive to a local user file.

In the "Archive" tab, archival data and shipments are available. Collections, to the archive, are saved, from the "Received" tab, at the user's request through the function or automatically if they are older than 30 days.

In the package of the archived collection, for which the status of the "archive" is given, it is possible to export the set as an XML or XLS file, remove it and make printouts.

Obtaining the export of the XML file that was sent to UP is by clicking the "Download (XML)" button. Generation of the export of the XLS file is made by clicking the "Download (XML)" button. After completing the above, in the explorer window, select the target location for the exported file.

Webapi is a network service that allows you to exchange information between the resources of the electronic sender of Poczta Polska and the customer's external software. Thanks to it, programmers can integrate their own solutions with service mechanisms. As part of the API, we provide a number of methods that correspond to the individual functions of the Electronic Sender.

If you are a client of Poczta Polska, contact your trading guardian, he will provide you with appropriate support in the preparation of integration.

If you do not have a contract with Poczta Polska or you are a programmer interested in performing integration in your own application, please contact us using the hotline. Employees will help you get the necessary data and inform you how to proceed and what data is required to start integration.

The use of the possibility of preparing shipments using WebAPI is associated with the need to sign a contract with Poczta Polska. Customers who do not have an account in electronic broadcasters will not be able to use the functionality of Webapi.

The preparation of XML files should be based on the specification of the data exchange interface and the XSD scheme. IWD specification can be downloaded from the website. Download files below.

The data exchange interface (IWD) is a set of information containing the specification and detailed description of the parcel attributes, data maturity, used to create XML files in a standard enabling them to be imported to an electronic sender.

IWD specification, XSD file and an example of the XML file can be downloaded from the page, below

The function allows you to check the compliance of the XML file generated by the customer with the IWD specification. The validator checks the correctness of the XML file structure, not the correctness of the data contained in it.

We can import 3 types of files for an electronic sender: XML, CSV and an electronic transmitting book. XML files should be prepared in accordance with the IWD specification. The XLS file diagram can be found in the application by selecting the XLS file import.

To import the address book, tabs called Import of the CSV book and Import of the XLS book available in the "Address Book" tab are used. Import data should be saved according to a fixed template. It is available in the tabs mentioned above.

To download a transmitting book available in an electronic sender, press the book Export available in the Address Book tab.
