Changing the password in the application should take place every 30 days for security reasons, but in the current version of the application it is not required to change the password for users using the electronic sender via www.

The user is informed that 30 days have passed since the last change in the password with the message "The password is older than 30 days as part of ensuring security, we suggest its change" , but the application allows you to continue using the current password, for this purpose, click "Put" and the application logoses the user, but you can also use the form and change the password to new ones.

In the case of integrated users from the electronic sender and automatic authorization, the password change is also not necessary, the time has not been monitored since the last password change.

Only registered people can log in to your account in the e-seducement, so if you already have an account to which you can log in, you can already send parcels via e-seduce.

When we forget the password, we can use the password recovery function. To do this, click the (link) button under the login screen "Login problems? Click here. " The user will then be redirected to a form enabling password reset. After completing the form, rewriting the CAPTCH, click " Reset ".

An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address containing all data that allows you to change your password. Click on the link that will take you to the form that allows you to change your password. After successfully changing the password, the system will send confirmation of the change to the user's e-mail address.

An individual customer is an individual person or a company that does not have a signed contract with Poczta Polska to send packages. A business client is a customer or company who has a contract with Poczta Polska.

In order to obtain a test account enabling the preparation of integration with the Electronic Sender application, please contact a trading guardian or contact the Polish Poczta Hotline. In order to obtain a test account, it is required to provide an e-mail address to which login data will be sent.

After creating an test account, a link will be sent to the e-mail address provided to activate the test account.

Poczta Polska SA provides a network service (so -called WebService), which can be used to create applications (mobile phones, online stores) enabling tracking of postal items. The specification and description of the integration method can be found on the website.
