Payments
With the Polish Post, the client can settle in two ways: -cash from above, -bristles, after prior conclusion of a written contract, by recommending the transfer:
- in advance,
- from below,
- advance.
Individual customers who want to prepare and send a parcel prepared in an electronic sender must pay it in a post office when granting it. At the client's facility, you can pay with cash, payment card, proximity or smartphone. Customers who have a signed contract themselves determine how they will pay for services.
Each customer by sending a downloadable parcel can choose one of the two options for transferring the amount of download:
- by message to the address indicated by the sender
- by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the sender
The delivery time is D + 2 counting from the date of effective delivery of the parcel.
The maximum values of sent shipments differ within the services. Letters with a declared value can have a value of up to PLN 70,000.
Individual customers can broadcast packages of up to PLN 20,000, while the contract is up to PLN 70,000.

We do not have to give the package value if we do not want it, because it is only an additional service, the exception are services that require a statutory value declaration, then it is impossible to send a parcel without declaration of value.
Poczta Polska also offers services with a declared value, which must always have the value of the parcel.
