Palette shipment direct transport
This is a service for a shipment covering an area of 6.01 to 20 pallet places or weighing from 5,000.01 kg to 16,500 kg*
*Crossing at least one of the specified parameters of the parcel will change its type.
This is a service for a parcel covering an area of over 20 pallet places or weighing more than 16,500 kg.
Dimensions and mass
As part of the national pallet shipment, you can broadcast:
Cargo unit enabling mechanical reloading, i.e. a palette or other transport object with a structure that allows for safe and non -causing transhipment with a fork or pallet trolley with the participation of one person with the following parameters:

- Maximum dimensions of the palette base: length 1.2 m, width 1.2 m
- Maximum height: 2.0 m with a palette or collective packaging
- Maximum acceptable actual weight: 1,000 kg
Cargo unit without the possibility of mechanical transhipment, i.e. a palette or other item

- Maximum acceptable actual weight up to 30 kg
- volume up to 0.5 m3
- The longest side cannot exceed 2.4 m
- Number of loading units in a parcel up to 6 pcs (does not apply to palette shipment Direct Turning Ship Shipping)

Shipments are delivered in accordance with the "delivery schedule". By default, for most locations, transport is carried out within 1 business day after a day of posting.

Fuel fee indicator in the National Palette Shipment service
in the period of March 1, 2025 - March 31, 2025: 28%
The fuel fee is a tool that allows you to correct the fees for the provision of a national pallet shipment service depending on changes in the price of fuel on the market - as a component of transport service costs. To ensure predictability over the longer period of transport costs of clients cooperating with Poczta Polska in the area of logistics services, from November 1, 2024, the minimum amount of fuel fee in the amount of 28% is introduced .
The base price adopted to calculate the fuel correction indicator is the average wholesale
I Ekodiesel wholesale price from January 2005, of PLN 2456.61.
The fuel fee is valid from the beginning of the month following the month in which the average price of wholesale diesel ON EKODIESEL (based on the data of the Polish oil group Orlen SA) has changed in relation to the base price by 4 % (or 4 % multiple). In this case, the fees for the provision of the KPP service are corrected by 1 % (or multiple 1 %) compared to the base price. The fuel fee is settled in a monthly period and calculated as at the date of the transport order. The fuel fee in the National Palette Shipment service is added to the basic price for the shipment.
Poczta Polska SA reserves the right to change the methodology of calculating and the amount of the fuel fee indicator, depending on the changes in the situation on the fuel market, including who wholesale prices on the ecodiesel published on the pages of the Polish Naftowy ORLEN SA.
The rate of road fee in the National Palette Shipment service in force from December 1, 2024 is 12.31 % of the net price for freight.
In connection with the extension on November 1, 2024, national road networks covered by electronic fee, on December 1, 2024, Poczta Polska corrects the road rate.
The road fee is added to the fee for the provision of the National Palette Shipping service. It is an additional remuneration for the performance of services on roads subject to the obligation to collect electronic fee as well as paid motorways and expressways. The road fee is calculated as the product of the net basic fee for the freight specified in the first chapter of the price list and the current road fee rate. The road fee expressed in net value is increased by a 23% VAT rate.
