Archiving of documents

We provide a comprehensive document storage service. Based on many years of experience in conducting the company archive, we offer tailor -made service, depending on customer expectations.

As part of the document storage service, we provide:

  • storage of documents in paper form and on data carriers, including personal and payroll documentation,
  • providing documentation,
  • ordering documentation,
  • Preparation of documents for missing and preparing accompanying documentation necessary to carry out the process.

We provide our services in accordance with applicable regulations and legal requirements. Poczta Polska is entered in the register of storage of personal and payroll documentation of the Marshal of the Śląskie Voivodeship under No. 2/15 of 28 September 2015.

The Poczta Poczta Poczta Poczta is located within its own expedition and dispersion complex in Zabrze. The archive building and rooms meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Culture of February 15, 2005 on the conditions for storing personal and payroll documentation of employers (Journal of Laws No. 32 item 284)
