Additional information

The basis of agency cooperation is an agency agreement based on the provisions of the Civil Code and in accordance with the contract template operating in Poczta Polska SA, the Agency Agreement specifies, among others: the scope of services provided at the postal agency, agency working hours, equipment list, method of settlement and commission rates for the agent.

Postal agent's salary depending on the scope of services rendered, agency working time and other conditions may occur in the form of a guaranteed amount, commission or combining both forms. Poczta Polska SA guarantees a postal agent a fixed amount of monthly salary.

Before starting the agency activity, Poczta Polska SA organizes and conducts preparatory training for a postal agent and/or persons authorized by him. Postal agents can always count on the support and assistance of Poczta Polska SA employees designated to cooperate with a postal agent.
