How can you report damage?
In the event of damage, loss or loss in the parcel, the sender may report the damage in two ways:

In order to report damage, the following documents should be prepared:
- Completed damage notification form, which is available here ,
- a copy of confirmation of sending a parcel (you receive confirmation when sending a parcel, if you do not have confirmation for any reason, send such information),
- documents that will confirm the occurrence of damage and its value (including photos of the parcel and the damaged item or items),
- A copy of the damage protocol or loss of the content of the parcel (if it was prepared).
Important!
Only the sender can report the damage, in the event of damage consisting in a defect or damage to the content of the parcel, the insured is obliged to report damage immediately no later than within 7 days from the date of obtaining information about the damage.
