the National Tax Administration
Payment to the National Tax Administration (KAS) is a cash payment adopted based on
the Act of 29 August 1997 - Tax Code, as amended. and on the basis of the Act of 24 August 2001 - Code of Conduct in cases
of offenses, as amended. It consists in transferring the payment to the bank running the bank account of the National Tax Administration indicated in the table of KIR banks, the next business day after the day of its acceptance.
