Postal package
This is a simple and proven solution for your shipments up to 10 kg. An ordinary package or with a declared value in an economic or priority version is the simplest form of shipping.

Dates of service
The expected date of service is three working days after a date of posting (D+3) provided that it is given to 15:00,
The estimated service performance is five business after the date of posting (D+5).
The expected terms of the service do not constitute guaranteed delivery deadlines.

Dimensions
9 cm x 14 cm (address page) with +/- 2 mm tolerance
Length + width + height = maximum 300 cm, with the longest dimension cannot exceed 150 cm
Dimension A
Length = maximum 60 cm,
width = maximum 50 cm,
height = maximum 30 cm
Dimension B
If at least one dimension: length> 60 cm or width> 50 cm or height> 30 cm, with the largest dimension cannot exceed 150 cm.
Standard items approved for postal trading, e.g. clothes, books, cosmetics, documents.

Declared value
By sending a parcel, you can declare the value of items sent to it up to PLN 70,000. The fee for every PLN 50.00 of the declared value or part of them is PLN 1.00.
Insurance
By sending a parcel you can insure its content up to PLN 50,000, and the insurance fee is PLN 1.50.
Shipments for blind and visually impaired people

This type of parcel may contain correspondence or prints made in convex letter or saved on another medium enabling the reading and visually impaired reading. What is extremely important, we accept these parcels in domestic transactions for sending without fees (in the economic shipment variant) - as letters (up to 2000 g) or packages up to 7000 g.

in zone countries (Europe including Cyprus, all of Russia and Israel)- until the third business day after the day of broadcast (D+3),

In the case of letter shipments and postal packages, a subsidy for a complementary service is paid - confirmation of receipt.
In the case of priority shipments (in addition to foreign letters of priority), a fee is paid to the difference between the fee for the priority parcel of a given type and category and the fee for the economic parcel of the same type and weight category.

The sum of length, width and height - 900 mm, with the largest of these dimensions (length) cannot exceed 600 mm.
The dimensions of parcels in the form of a roll in national are:
The sum of the length plus the double diameter - 170 mm, with the largest dimension (length) cannot be less than 100 mm,
The sum of the length plus the double diameter - 1040 mm, with the largest dimension (length) cannot exceed 900 mm.
The dimensions of parcels in the form of a roll in foreign are:
The sum of the length plus the double diameter - 304 mm, with the largest dimension (length) cannot be less than 210 mm,
The sum of the length plus the double diameter - 1040 mm, with the largest dimension (length) cannot exceed 900 mm.
All dimensions are taken with +/- 2 mm tolerance.

Prints for the use of invisible and visually impaired, broadcast in an open state and clichés with seques, i.e. with convex print read by invalid and visually impaired people. It may also contain, intended only for the use of invisible and visually impaired sound recordings and special paper, provided that they are sent by the officially recognized institute for the blind or addressed to it.
Normal, registered and valuable lists may be issued as a parcel for invisible and visually impaired - they require a 52 x 65 mm mark on the parcel address page .

Mandatory library copies

Compulsory library copies are also transferred through Poczta Polska, and therefore parcels containing publications delivered to libraries by publishers. We accept them both as unregistered or registered letters (also with a declared value) and as a package up to 10,000 g.

- Economic postal packages.
In the case of letters
The surcharge is required when choosing a service in a different category or registered and additional services.
The sender pays a fee that is the difference between a registered mail fee or a parcel with a declared value of a given format and weight category and a fee for an unregistered economic shipment of a given format and weight category as well as a fee for the declared value and confirmation of receipt.
In the case of using unregistered priority shipments, the sender pays a fee that is the difference between the fee for the priority parcel of a given type and weight category and the fee for the economic parcel of the same type and weight category.
In the case of packages
The sender pays a fee that is the difference between a postal package with a declared value of a given size and weight category and a fee for the economic package of a given size and weight category as well as a fee for the declared value and confirmation of receipt.
In the case of using priority postal parcels, the sender pays a fee that is the difference between the fee for the priority parcel of a given type and weight category and the fee for the economic parcel of the same type and weight category.

None of the dimensions can exceed: height 20 mm, length 230 mm, width 160 mm.
M format are shipments with dimensions:
The dimensions of the address page cannot be less than 90 x 140 mm,
None of the dimensions can exceed: height 20 mm, length 325 mm, width 230 mm.
Format L are shipments with dimensions:
The dimensions of the address page cannot be less than 90 x 140 mm,
The sum of the length, width and height of 900 mm, with the largest of these dimensions (length) cannot exceed 600 mm.
All dimensions are taken with +/- 2 mm tolerance.

In the case of packages
The dimensions of the address page cannot be less than 90 x 140 mm,
Length + circuit (measured in a different direction) = maximum 3000 mm with:
Dimension A - length = maximum 600 mm, width = maximum 500 mm, height = maximum 300 mm,
Dimension B - if at least one dimension: length> 600 mm or width> 500 mm or height> 300 mm, with the largest dimension cannot exceed 1500 mm.
All dimensions are taken with +/- 2 mm tolerance.
