Parcel Ukraine Plus
This is a parcel weighing a maximum of 20 kilograms, which you will broadcast in every post office (excluding postal agencies). You can give it things with a maximum value of PLN 400.00. The service is provided in guaranteed dates of service. The advantage of the service is not only the price but also the effective and timely delivery of parcels on the territory of Ukraine to the addressee.
To facilitate the completion of transmitting documents by Ukrainian citizens, the field on the address sticker was described by Cyrillic, and an interactive form , allowing you to easily prepare address stickers without leaving home. You can track the shipping status on a regular basis in the Polish Post Tracking System or in the service operator system in Ukraine.
Important!
In connection with the developing military conflict in Ukraine, the provision of the Paczka Ukraine Plus service was suspended until further notice. The decision to suspend was made at the request of the operator, with whom we cooperate in the scope of this service and results from difficulties in delivery of shipments on the territory of Ukraine and the evacuation of residents.
Dates of service
The Ukraine Plus package is carried out at guaranteed delivery dates. Dates of delivery of the sent shipments depend on the town to which the package is addressed. The dates of delivery of the sent parcels are set out in the attachment to the regulations.

16 cm x 21 cm. In the case of parcels in the form of a roll: the sum of the length and double diameter cannot be less than 30, and the largest dimension (length) cannot be less than 10 cm
Length + circumference (measured in a different direction than the length) cannot be greater than 300 cm, with the length of the parcel cannot exceed 150 cm
All dimensions are taken with +/- 2 mm tolerance.

Contents
The contents of the package should be given in detail in the CN 23 customs declaration form - general information is not allowed. The sender can also attach to the package any document necessary for customs in the country of granting in the country of purpose, such as: invoice, export permission, import permission, certificate of origin, sanitary certificate, etc. These documents are placed in a transparent self -adhesive envelope stuck on a package.
The sender should confirm by signing the appropriate text printed on the address sticker, the truth of the information provided by them in the customs declaration and that the package does not contain any dangerous item prohibited by postal regulations.
The sender also confirms with the signature of the truth he provides on each additional copy of the CN 23 customs declaration attached.
- coins, banknotes, currencies or any values paid for bearer, travelers, platinum, gold or silver (processed or not), precious stones, jewelry and other valuable items,
- hazardous items that can damage people or property or cause pollution or damage to other shipments or postal devices,
- drugs and psychotropic substances or other illegal intoxicating substances forbidden in the country of purpose and granting,
- firearms and ammunition, white weapons and other objects intended for attack or defense,
- explosives, flammable or radioactive materials,
- disarmed explosive equipment and military equipment, including disarmed grenades, missiles and other similar items, as well as replicas of these devices and objects,
- substances that cause infection,
- live animals and plants,
- corpses, remains and human ashes,
- biological materials,
- seeds and seedlings,
- food products of animal origin not subject to heat treatment and other food, with the exception of food in factory packaging with a mass of up to 10 kg in the shipment,
- easily breaking products,
- subjects constituting national, historical or cultural heritage,
- alcohol, medicines and tobacco products,
- documents having the nature of current and personal correspondence mentioned between persons other than the sender and the addressee or people living with them,
- permits for weapons, work experience books, military books, passports and other identification documents, • items made of fragile, brittle and short durability items,
- counterfeit, illegal items, as well as copyright protected products,
- objects of indecent and immoral,
- frame of motorcycles, engines, chassis, etc., described as teams and parts of vehicles,
- items that import and turnover which is prohibited in Ukraine.
