Complaints
The sender electronic application allows you to submit a complaint for shipments prepared by the user on his account. Complaints can be submitted for shipments or those that are available in the "sent", "picked" and "archive" tabs.
Complaints in an electronic sender can be submitted to a specific shipment by indicating it from the level of shipments located in the "sent", "received" and "archive" menu. Such a parcel should be found, displaying its details, under the data there is a button enabling the complaint "complaint". After clicking, select the right reason for the complaint. In the next steps, you can optionally provide additional information about the complaint, add an attachment, indicate the claim for compensation. The customer can also follow the status of the notification on an ongoing basis.
