Code of Ethics

In 2022, the company's management adopted a resolution on the introduction of the Code of Ethics of Poczta Polska. This document, developed by specialists of the Human Resources and Training Center, lists universal values ​​that should be followed by all employees of our company.

The Code of Ethics of Poczta Polska was built around four values, which they are

Honor, responsibility, respect and cooperation.

The document is prepared for use in everyday work and to promote positive attitudes among employees. Standing in accordance with the universal standards listed in this document will also allow you to build social trust in our employees.

The Code indicates the values ​​and standards to which all employees are required, but also people cooperating with Poczta Polska, regardless of the form of employment, subject and duration of cooperation.
