Anti -corruption policy

The activities of Poczta Polska SA are conducted in accordance with ethical and legal standards , in particular with the provisions on preventing corruption, and all decisions are made in an honest, reliable, reliable manner and without accepting and giving illegal benefits.
Anti -corruption activities of Poczta Polska SA are aimed at identifying and maximum reduction of the risk of corruption in the organization, as well as reflecting the principle: zero tolerance for any manifestations of corruption activities in the conducted business activity.

The system of activities aimed at preventing corruption is a collection of various types of anti -corruption activities, in which, among others:
- More and more anti -corruption awareness of all employees is being built
- Channels of reports on corruption and violations of anti -corruption policy are implemented and maintained
- Anonymity or confidentiality, as well as protection against retaliation for persons reporting irregularities, is provided
- More and more anti -corruption awareness of all employees is being built
- All applications are effectively and thoroughly explained
- Additional supervisory measures are implemented, where a high risk of corruption has been revealed

The undertaken anti -corruption actions are systematically improved, which is the subject of the highest attention of both the management board, as well as the management and employees of Poczta Polska SA, continuous improvement is carried out through:
- Reviews of the management system management system aimed at preventing corruption,
- Internal and external audits,
- Corrective and preventive measures,
- Update of anti -corruption policy.

In addition to the internal area of the organization, the anti -corruption policy also regulates the way external activities carried out in relation to contractors. Poczta Polska SA as a responsible entrepreneur, applies the principle of equal treatment to all contractors, and builds relations with them based on honesty, transparency of activities, mutual respect and professionalism.

Caring for the fulfillment and promotion of the highest ethical standards of conducting business, the company cooperates with business partners who also follow laws and conduct business activities in an honest way. He also expects that they will accept an anti -corruption clause as part of the binding agreement, under which they declare due diligence in the scope of:
- Preventing corruption activities under generally applicable law, as well as internal procedures,
- Counteracting conflicts of interest,
- Mutual information on cases of violation of the provisions of the anti -corruption clause attached to the contract,
- Enabling every person acting in good faith to anonymously report irregularities.

Anti -corruption activities undertaken by Poczta Polska SA serve to limit the possibility of financial and reputational losses and relate to the best practices in this area.
