Wiesław Strąk
Vice President of the Poczta Polska Board for Finance. He has many years of experience in the field of strategy, reorganization and business development, financing, construction of management accounting models, controlling, accounting, reporting, taxes, process improvement and implementation of ERP systems. He worked in many well -known entities from the IT industry, telecommunications, production and services, including consulting companies. Piotr Szajczyk
Vice President of the Poczta Polska Board for Sales. He has almost 30 years of experience in the transport industry, which he gained in the largest transport companies in the country and abroad. Previously, he was the deputy director of the Sales Office for the development of a commercial offer and the director of the Poczta Polska Sales Office. In previous years he worked in Ukrainian Railways; as a commercial director of Poland at FCM Travel Solutions; at PLL LOT as a sales and distribution director, sales director of the Poland region, business development manager, responsible, among others for improving sales results and increasing efficiency; at PKP Intercity as the deputy director of the Sales Office and director of the Sales Office, responsible, among others for analyzing sales processes and implementation of sales tools. A graduate of the University of SIG Managerial in Warsaw in the field of Management and Marketing in the field of enterprise management and a private on -board service school in the field of on -board service.

Dariusz Śpiewak
The Vice President of the Board of Poczta Polska SA for digitization from April 2024. He previously served as the vice president and representative of the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications for Gaia-X, CIO in Polish Gas TUW (ORLEN-PGNIG Capital Group). He was the representative of the Minister of Finance for Information Technology, chairman of the Computerization Council of the Ministry of Finance. For many years, a member of the ZUS board supervising the Division of Operation and System Operation. He was the president of Post-Otel (Polish Poczta Poczta Group), he was also a director at KPMG conducting IT systems in Poczta Polska and the IACS project director at the Agency for the Development and Modernization of Agriculture. A member of the Audit Committee of the Ministry of the Interior and currently the Ministry of Funds and Regional Development. He is a graduate of finance and banking faculties as well as computer science and econometrics of the Academy of Economics in Krakow. He completed postgraduate studies in IT resource management at the Institute of Information Technology and Automation of the Warsaw University of Technology and CIO ACADEMY at the Said Business School University of Oxford. He is a member of the Polish Association of Software Measure in Poland dealing with the study of complexity, measurement and valuation of software.

Sławomir Żurawski
Vice President of the Poczta Polska Board for Operation and Logistics. An experienced manager, oriented on current and strategic development of logistics operations in large business units. Previously, he was the managing director for logistics and the Polish Post Office network. He started working with the Polish Post from 1999 at the position of the Syfedent at the Poczta Transport Office in Katowice. He held managerial positions in the operational area, parcels and express services at UPP Katowice 2 and Wer Zabrze. In the years 2012-2015 he was the director of the KEP Services Development Office and then the sales managing director in the SMB segment. As part of the Capital Group, he supervised as Vice -President of the Supervisory Board of ENVELO (Poczta Polska Services Digital Sp. In turn, on the board of Elplast+ Sp. z o. o. was responsible for the strategy and development of business, in PKP Cargo SA and PKP Cargo Connect Sp. z o. o. he was the director of the Trade Office and a member of the Supervisory Board, and in Laude Smart Intermodal he was the director of strategic clients. He graduated from the Silesian University of Management in Katowice and the Executive Master of Business Administration program at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. Has the right to sit on the supervisory boards of state -owned companies.
