- Head of the Post Office
I started working in Poczta Polska in 1995 at the customer service station. Finishing professional courses, studies, winning professional competitions, I received a proposal to manage increasingly larger postal institutions. I have been working as the head of the Post Office in Pszczyna for 12 years.
Although the basic tasks in all post offices are the same, each facility is different. In large offices, employees are needed in many different positions - we have more shipments to develop, serve and more customers. Everyone who has contact with the client - whether direct or telephone - must know the offer, regulations and procedures for letters, packages, financial services and other products. By issuing a letter or accepting a package, we must do everything meticulously and in accordance with legal requirements, of which customers do not always realize.
The post office is the head and the right crew. The one I work with every day is cool and exceptional people. Together, we not only work for the best results and satisfaction of customers, but also help ourselves in professional and private matters, we learn from each other. We are also involved in social projects , for example in preparing St. Nicholas' Day packages for children in a difficult situation in our region. Helping others makes more positive people and good relationships appear in life.
When I have time for myself, I read books, listen to music, I work in the garden. But I think I relax the most in the kitchen when creating fancy sweet pastries. I like to see the effects of my activities, including those outside of work.

I started my work with the position where I sorted courier, foreign parcels and dimensions, i.e. going beyond standard dimensions. Then I was the main warehouseman, and currently I am the change manager responsible for a team of employees sorting KEP shipments in the sorting plant in Zabrze.
