In addition, the advantage of the plot location is the PKP station - this is one of the 3 main stations of Pomerania, which celebrates about 25,000 daily. people. The node covers an area of ​​about 5.2 ha of space serving travelers using rail transport, including SKM, bus - public and intercity, as well as car parking lots. The area of ​​the plot is calm because multi -family housing dominates around the property. There is also a popular shopping mall in the immediate vicinity.  

Poczta Polska is putting up real estate for sale, which are no longer used by the company, but are interesting proposals due to the attractive location. Effective property management is part of the policy of strategic investment management. Poczta Polska invests in the automation and expansion of the logistics network. 

Tczew is a Nadwiślańska commune located on two main international roads: A-1 (national No. 1), connecting the Tri-City agglomeration with the south of the country and road No. 22 Kostrzyn-Berlin-Gorzów Wielkopolski, connecting Starogard Gdański with Malbork and Elbląg. On the east side, it naturally adheres to the Vistula River and is surrounded by the city of Tczew with its area. The main railway junction in Tczew enables convenient communication with most cities throughout Poland. There is also a bus connection with Gdańsk, Starogard Gdański, Malbork and Gniew. The area of ​​the plot in question is not located in a degraded area and is not covered by the area of ​​revitalization. A technical infrastructure network runs through the property, which is not the property of Poczta Polska. 

The net starting price is PLN 1,500,000.00, minimum proceedings: PLN 20,000.00 and a deposit: PLN 150,000.00 (the sale of real estate is exempt from VAT). The starting price is the starting price referred to in §1 para. 2 point 2 of the Regulations. The bid bond, brought in money, should be paid no later than by 09.12.2022, while the date of payment is understood as the date of recognition of the bank account of Poczta Polska is the amount of the bid bond.
