Updating the date of implementation of e-mails
On December 21, 2023, a message of the Minister of Digitization was announced, which sets the deadline for implementing e-mails.
The applicable date of implementation of e-mails for public entities and trust professions is October 1, 2024.
Poczta Polska provides production services (Purde and Puh) from October 5, 2021, which are already used by public entities. Services are provided in accordance with the provisions of the Act on electronic delivery, executive regulations and the standard, and therefore Poczta Polska meets all formal and legal requirements that are currently in force for public services.
