Bank Pocztowy ready to provide customers with the e-mail service

Bank Poczta conducted a new e-mail service provided by Poczta Polska, which is to replace traditional paper correspondence sent to private individuals, offices or companies. After implementing a new solution, instead of personal visits to the post office, physically receiving and sending registered letters and archiving paper correspondence, you will be able to send a letter in electronic form. This innovation is the effect of facilitating citizens from October 2024 in the form of an electronic e-mail address. Bank Poczta conducted tests using the API interface provided by the Polish Post.

Services provided as part of e-mails are digital counterparts of a paper registered letter. Thanks to e-demonstration, citizens and companies can send and receive electronic documents confirmed by evidence of granting and receipt from anywhere with internet access. The service is already used by over 250,000 people. Electronic delivery has an equivalent legal power, such as traditional registered parcels with confirmation of receipt.

In the near future, the development of the service is to lead to the gradual reduction of paper registered letters between administration and citizens and companies.

E-arranges are access to all matters in one place. With the help of unique addresses for electronic service (ADE), issued by the minister competent for computerization, we are sure that we correspond with the right person or institution. In addition, e-mails will allow you to verify the statuses of their correspondence through evidence issued in real time, at each stage of the process (such as the date of posting and delivery confirmed by a qualified time marker).

To implement the company into the e-mailing system, you must submit a request for access to the integration environment of the e-mailing system and indicate the public IP addresses from which communication will occur. More detailed information on the e-mail service can also be found on the GoV.pl website, we also encourage you to contact the Poczta Polska team at kontakt@poczta-polska.pl in order to consult the implementation.
