Digital privileged, i.e. Poczta Polska with a special offer for customers using internet services
Poczta Polska introduces another convenience for customers using parcel services. Digital customers pay less and save time. Support for packages broadcast by the electronic sender or Envelo platform will be faster in nearly 400 post offices. With dedicated, specially marked windows, you will also be able to pick up packages given with the option to pick up at the point.
The new Fast Track solution will be introduced, among others in the largest Polish cities. In selected facilities, customers receiving or sending KEP (courier, express and packages) will be served out of order. The dedicated window will be marked with a special sticker.
The new Poczta Polska offer will be able to be used by customers receiving parcels as part of the Service Receipt at the point and people sending packages thanks to the ENVELO digital platform. The new solution allows you to send shipments without the need to print - on your own - an address sticker. In such a situation, after providing the parcel number registered in the electronic sender, he will receive a printed sticker from the employee. Those who want to return the wrong purchase will also be able to take advantage of the new offer. This is a particularly beneficial solution for people who do not have a printer.
Courier, express and parcel services serving online sales are the core of the new Poczta Polska strategy being created. It is estimated that this year Polish e -commerce will reach PLN 100 -120 billion.
