Each registration parcel of Poczta Polska has several reception variants - all this so that the addressee will receive it at the best time and place for himself. Registered parcels are delivered not only to offices, houses and postcards, but also to, for example, to specific, indicated post offices or with the possibility of redirecting them to another place. Dispositions regarding the selection of the most appropriate form of receipt of registered correspondence The customer may submit electronically (thanks to the appropriate form dedicated to a specific service, available at www.poczta-polska.pl ), directly in a convenient post office, or transfer to a postman.

On April 22, 2020, in connection with the change in entries in postal law, Poczta Polska implemented new guidelines regarding the delivery of registered mailing and postal packages and courier parcels. The first is the " Recommended to the box " , consisting in providing shipments directly to the inbox to the recipient's list. In addition, at the submitted request, Poczta Polska via SMS or Email may inform customers that the addressed registered mail has been delivered. The service is provided for free.

In cases where customers provide for longer absences to residence or, for example, moving, they can take advantage of subsequent amenities offered by Poczta Polska. Extending the possibility of storing a parcel in a post office from standard 14 days to even four weeks from the first attempt to deliver is possible thanks to the activation of the " Shipping storage " service. It can be reported in electronic or paper form. The fee depends on the storage period and is calculated each time when you collect the parcel according to the Poczta Polska Poczta Price List.

" Display " (redirection) is ideal for people who change their place of residence or stay and want the parcels to go to a new address. Shipments addressed to the customer to the old address will be sent to a new address, which will indicate in the form. Dates for the service of the service depend on the type of parcel sent. The fee for sending a parcel depends on its type, while making an online application is free. The submitted request is made for a maximum of 12 months from the date of notification. It is possible to extend the period of use of the service, while this period specified in each subsequent request cannot be longer than 12 months.

Thanks to the " delivery on request " , the notified registered mail will be delivered again. The customer can choose the delivery to the original address in the selected, most convenient time intervals, as part of the working hours of the institution delivering a re -notified parcel.

The above services do not include: letters in criminal, civil, court and administrative, administrative, tax and letters in the case for violation of public finance discipline.
