From August 18, 2020, the desire to use selected services of Poczta Polska can be reported online and confirmed your identity using a trusted profile. Thanks to this, customers can use the services of Poczta Polska faster and more conveniently, without leaving home.
As part of eformers, Poczta Polska offers the opportunity to use the following services: Einfo: Advizo, recommended to the box, drawing, delivery on request and storage. Customers can use all these services by submitting the appropriate request whether to order at a post office or via the Internet. For some of them, it is necessary to confirm your identity, so if you make an online request, Poczta Polska has made available the possibility of confirming the customer's identity with a trusted profile.
Now the order of selected services of Poczta Polska is only as much as completing the short online form available at https://eformularz.poczta-polska.pl/ . It is enough that the client sets a service on the website, log in to the trusted profile and completes the service order form. Polish Post Office to the e-mail address indicated in the form will transfer to the Customer confirmation of submitting a request for the provision of a given service.
Einfo: Advizo is a service that allows you to receive information about the expectation of a parcel at a post office. By using this service, customers will learn about the shipping notification regardless of the time and place where they are. All you need is a phone or internet access, because we send information about the shipping notification by SMS or e-mail depending on the type of channel the customer will choose. Poczta Polska provides this service free of charge from the day following the date of acceptance of the order to his dismissal. In the case of letters in criminal, civil, legal - administrative, tax, administrative and letters in the case for violation of public finance discipline, customers will receive a notification in paper form.

Delivery on request is a service that allows customers to re -deliver the notified registered mail. You can choose the delivery to the original address in the selected time period, during the opening hours of the institution delivering a re -notified parcel. Thanks to the service of storage of parcels, customer correspondence can easily wait for a pickup at a post office. We can store it up to four weeks after the first attempt to deliver. The service is dedicated to notified not registered shipments (e.g. ordinary lists not going to the box) and registered shipments (e.g. registered lists, packages), excluding:
- postal shipments sent on special terms in the mode: KPA, KPC, CCP, Tax Code,
- Pocztex, Paczki+, Paczki24, Paczki48,
- packages with bees and domestic birds and milk samples.
A request to store shipments can be submitted in electronic or paper form. By submitting a request via the electronic form, no fee is charged. If a request is submitted in a post office, a one -off fee of PLN 6.00 . And the fee for storing parcels depends on the period of storage of the parcel and is calculated each time on delivery of the stored shipping according to the prices contained in the price list .
