The theme is "animals at risk of extinction", and Poczta Polska has success in this competition in recent years.

The first two groups vote online from May 9 - September 9, 2021 and we encourage this. Experts will assess printed qualities in the second half of September 2021. We will know the final results in October 2021, during the Plenary Congregation of Post -Posturop.

The Europa series stamps are to express cooperation between postal operators and promotes philatelic. Topics that appear in the following years show common roots, culture, history and common goals of European nations.
