Let's vote for the Polish stamp in the Europe 2021 philatelic competition
Poczta Polska, once again, participates in the prestigious philatelic competition "Europe 2021" for the most beautiful stamp designed in this part of the world. All postal administrations associated in Posteurop can report to the competition in accordance with the theme. This year they are "animals at risk of extinction", and Poczta Polska has a good chance to repeat the successes achieved in recent years.
Polish Post at this year's competition stamp presented the Eurasian and protected and protected in Poland. The author of the Polish stamp project, Bożydar Grozdew, presented the disappearing animal. The symbolic message of this project is to show how much the threatened species this predator is - the Eurasian lynx.
This year's competition is another opportunity to succeed by Poczta Polska, which in recent years has been very good compared to other operators. In 2020, she won the first place in the competition, the subject of which were former postal routes, in 2018 and 2017 Polish stamps "Castles - Pieskowa Skała" and "Mosty - Bridge in Tczew" took second place in voting Internet users.
The competition for the most beautiful Europe stamp has been organized by Kosteurop since 2002. This year the rules of voting are changing - voting of postal operators associated in Posturop, voting of the audience and voting of philately experts will be conducted. Only the sum of all votes will allow you to choose three winning stamps. The first two groups vote online from May 9 - September 9, 2021, and experts will assess the printed qualities in the second half of September 2021. We will know the final results in October 2021, during the Plenary Congregation of Posteurop.
Over the years, europe postage stamps have gained great interest among both the postal community and philatelists.
