Information on the completion of the qualification procedure for members of the board of the 5th common term
The Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska SA, deciding the qualification procedure for the President and four vice presidents of the Company's Management Board, announced on March 7, 2024, decided to end the qualification procedure for:
• Vice President of the Board of Poczta Polska SA V Common term of office for operations and logistics,
• Vice President of the Board of Poczta Polska SA V Common term of office for finance,
• Vice President of the Board of Poczta Polska SA V of the joint term of sale for sales,
without selecting candidates.
We would like to remind you that on March 25 this year, as part of the same proceedings, the Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska SA decided to:
• The appointment of Mr. Sebastian Mikosz as the President of the Board of Poczta Polska SA V of the common term;
• The appointment of Mr. Dariusz Śpiewak as the Vice President of the Board of Poczta Polska SA V Common term of office for digitization.
In addition to the above mentioned, the positions of vice presidents are also played by Mr. Andrzej Bodziony and Mr. Wojciech Krysztofik.
