Envelobank and Bank Pocztowy under one brand
Soon, all retail customers of Bank Pocztowy and existing Envelobank clients will use a new online banking based on modern Envelobank solutions. Bank Pocztowy will provide a wide range and experience of secure Polish bank and access to modern digital solutions in the form of internet banking under a common postal name24 and a mobile application under the name postal name.
Full migration of retail customers to modern digital banking, which will end in August 2021, is an important step in the strategy of digital services. Thanks to the merger of brands and client migration, the bank will offer all its clients even BLIK transfers, a telephone loan and opening ROR with a video verification of identity, as well as support for postal services. Migration results from the bank's long -term strategy - becoming a more digital institution, offering all clients the latest technological solutions. The design project of brands will be promoted by the longtime ambassador of Bank Pocztowy, Adam Małysz.
Bank Pocztowy focuses on modern Envelobank technology - but under the Bank Pocztowy brand. The whole process will start in the first half of March 2021. It will consist in the migration of Envelobank solutions to Bank Pocztowy, and all current retail customers of both brands to one joint internet banking of Pocztowy24 and mobile post banking (the current Envelobank platform under the new name). Products will also be unified - henceforth will appear under one brand of Bank Pocztowy. The bank will also give up running two www information websites to one available at www.pocztowy.pl . One of the most titled and recognizable Polish athletes, Adam Małysz, will get involved in communication and marketing activities promoting brands.
The merger of Marek Bank Pocztowy and ENVELOBANK will allow you to harmonize the bank's product offer. Customers will gain wider access to advanced services and solutions proposed by the bank, such as Blik, calendar module for payment planning, a module for quick payment of invoices or autopay applications for automatic payments for highways. Ultimately, this will also accelerate the implementation and dissemination of new products such as online credit.
In accordance with the adopted development strategy for 2021–2024, Bank Pocztowy focuses on building values for its stakeholders understood, among others, as digitization of processes and disseminating the latest technologies as part of the pursuit of digitization without exclusion. In the near future Bank Pocztowy plans to develop BLIK mobile payments, also in terms of transfers to the phone, creating the possibility of opening the ROR account or taking a loan by phone using video verification technology.
