Providing clients with wide access to postal, bank and insurance services is one of the priorities of the postal operator. Despite the state of the epidemic, Poczta Polska is consistently expanding and modernizing its network of facilities. The company increases the comfort of using postal services by putting the modernized post office in Kraków 1 to customers. The facility remains in the same building but with the entrance from ul. Wielopole 2 (previously ul. Westerplatte 20).
The facility is adapted to the service of disabled people with an appropriate driveway and a reduced service position. It was designed in a modern and friendly arrangement, which is successively introduced in Poczta Polska outlets throughout the country and enjoys the recognition of persons using postal services. Customers will have at their disposal six universal windows and a dedicated window for servicing contractual clients and a postal post. There is also a philatelic store in the facility.
Customer service will take place from Monday to Friday between 8.00-20.00, and on Saturdays from 8.00-14.00.
At the facility, customers will be able to take advantage of the offer of the entire Poczta Polska group, including: send cards, letters, packages, use financial services - payments, payments or buy stamps. In addition, set up a free account at Bank Pocztowy, take a loan or buy insurance.
