The Ministry of Digitization and Poczta Polska launch the possibility of collecting registered mail in electronic version

E_skrzynka_300x300The Ministry of Digitization and Poczta Polska introduce a new service that will ensure the possibility of receiving a letter correspondence electronically without the need for direct service at the place of residence or in a post office.

Polish Post Office coming to customers will transform into the form of an electronic document and provide the envelope and the content of the parcel in the user's escort founded using a trusted profile. In addition, each parcel will be sent to the indicated address after a month after the disclosure.

As part of the service, registered mail will be supported, the content of which is correspondence, excluding shipments sent by: courts and tribunals, prosecutor's office and other law enforcement agencies and a court bailiff.

To use the service you must have a trusted profile. The process of setting up the box can be started by completing the form available here . Citizens will also find all information about the service along with the possibility of establishing an escrzynka on a dedicated website on the GOV.pl portal .

The possibility of collecting registered mail in electronic form will be available until September 30 this year. Detailed information on services is available in the regulations .

Poczta Poczta Scanning Center meeting requirements from the ISO/IEC 27001 standard and has a certificate of compliance with the norm in the field of document processing and scanning services. The service is provided on the basis of art. 15 zzu1 and next of the Act of 16 April 2020 on special support instruments in connection with the spread of the SARS-COV-2 virus. Poczta Polska as a designated postal operator performs the task of providing postal services in a way limiting direct service of customers, to prevent and combat infection with SARS-COV-2 virus and spread among people of the Covid-19 infectious disease caused by this virus.
