MSPEED - a new application of Poczta Polska for carriers
Since June, Poczta Polska has implemented a new mobile application of MSPEED, enabling registration and tracking of information on the course of the transport of pallet charges in real time. The application is dedicated to carriers carrying out the acceptance and service of pallet shipments. This is another step towards the technological development of Poczta Polska, in the context of raising the level of service and increase in customer satisfaction.
MSPEED - this is what the new application is called, which Poczta Polska has specially profiled for support for the growing volume of pallet shipments to provide its clients with more efficient coordination of logistics operations. It is an application for a mobile phone or tablet, dedicated to drivers carrying out the receipts and delivery of pallet shipments. The program allows you to register and track information about the course of car transport in real time. Supports the contextual communication of the forwarder with the driver in the scope of implemented tasks.
The mobile device on which the MSPEED is assigned to the driver, not to a specific car, which allows you to include both permanent carriers and disposable subcontractors in the logistics process. MSPEED application, the driver in real time adopts tasks and records and updates individual stages of their implementation, including: loading and unloading of pallets, reception and delivery status, including anomalies, scans and photos of documents confirming the implementation of the delivery, and previously defined mandatory reporting of performed activities.
The dispatcher has the ability to locate the driver while servicing the region, remaining with him in constant contact through the messenger built to the application.

In the latest ranking of the Republic of Poland TSL 2021, the post office took 1st place, while in the ranking of the most valuable Polish brands of the Republic of Poland, it was classified in 22nd position - the highest among Polish logistics companies.
