For several years, Poczta Polska has been transforming the network of its facilities, seeing the needs of residents not only of large cities, but also small towns and villages. Postal facilities in such places are of great importance for society, because they often do not have other institutions. The company is constantly transforming and developing post offices to maximally use their sales, commercial and banking-insurance potential.

The facility in Kikół was designed based on a modern visualization. Solutions were also used to ensure high quality and comfort of use. Customer service will take place from Monday to Thursday from 8: 00–15.00, and in Fridays between 8:00 and 20:00. The facility will provide services, among others: accepting letter parcels, postal packages, courier parcels, RTV subscription fees, payments to bank accounts, payment of cash transfers, press subscription, accepting returns. The facility will also be able to take advantage of the wide range of commercial goods.
