Modern arrangement and new location of the post office in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski

Branch of the Postal Office in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, previously functioning at ul. November 11, 20, was transferred to a new location at ul. November 11 3g. For customers, this means a new, higher standard of service.

The decision regarding the change of location resulted from both business aspects and an increase in the comfort of customer service and the working conditions of Poczta Polska employees. The current seat of the facility was not adapted to serve people with disabilities and effective implementation of operational and logistics processes.

The new facility was prepared based on a modern visualization and solutions were used in its space ensuring high quality and increased service comfort, due to the spacious room for customers. The post office was also adapted to the needs of people with disabilities and people with prams. For the convenience of customers near the facility, there is also a public parking lot.

Thanks to the new location in the center of the Stawki housing estate near other service and commercial points, customers can quickly and closely use a wide range of postal services.

Customers have at their disposal two windows in which they will be able to settle all matters from the offer of the entire Poczta Polska group and the trade zone. Customer service will take place from Monday to Thursday from 8: 00-18: 00, and in Fridays from 9: 30-20: 00. In the post office, you will be able to send cards, letters, packages, use financial services - payments, payments or buy stamps. In addition, set up a free account at Bank Pocztowy, take a loan or buy insurance. In the Self -service Trade Zone you can take advantage of the rich range of assortment: cards, passes, envelopes, packaging, press, books, office supplies, as well as gifts, children's articles and sweets.

Currently, there are 14 post offices in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyskie, while in the entire Kielce region of the network customers have over 250 post offices at their disposal.
