Poczta Polska, together with partners, introduced additional protection measures and changes in the process of receiving parcels, which are aimed at increasing the safety of employees and clients using the Receipt service at the point. Currently, all parcels and courier can be picked up without receipt.
The main advantage of the service Receipt at the point is its flexibility. The customer himself decides when and where he will collect his parcel. It can do it when refueling the car, buying a press or doing everyday shopping in Żabka stores.
