Customer service during the Easter. Pensions delivered before the Christmas break, from April 1
During the Easter period, the system of work of postal facilities changes (detailed information later in the message). Postal facilities will resume work from April 6 this year, remaining at the disposal of customers in the scope of services offered. The transfer of retirement benefits, with the payment deadline by 5 each month, will be distributed before Christmas, starting from April 1.
During the Easter period, post offices will be available to customers according to the schedule below:
Holy Saturday, 03.04.2021:
PP (open on Saturdays) serve customers up to up to 13:00;
PP (24 -hour) facilities - will be open until 15:00.
Easter Sunday 04.04.2021:
PP branches will be closed (information also applies to 24 -hour facilities).
Easter Monday 05.04.2021:
PP facilities will be closed (information also applies to 24 -hour facilities).
Postal facilities, located in facilities operating at a different work time (e.g. ministries, courts, tax offices, municipal offices, centers/shopping malls) adapt the working hours until the entities in which they are located.

The transfer of retirement benefits, with the date of payment until 5 each month, will start from April 1, 2021. In order to ensure the optimal level of service at a difficult time of pandemic and at the same time ensuring comfort to people receiving benefits, the Polish Post will make every effort to make payments before the Christmas break.
Polish Post Offices will resume work on 06.04.2021 - in accordance with the standard time of operation for a business day.
The company, acting as a national postal operator, provides services continuously - from 463 years. Currently, in difficult times of pandemic, this situation does not change. Poczta Polska outlets will remain available to customers in full (postal, insurance, banking services) and standard working hours. Changes related to the functioning of the UP can only occur in exceptional situations, such as the need to disinfect in a particular facility. The post office warns epidemic restrictions by posting information on the facilities of the facilities regarding the maximum number of customers who can be inside a given office.
