Receipt at the point is a convenient and safe method of collecting the parcel
Poczta Polska, together with partners, introduced additional protection measures and changes in the process of receiving parcels, which are aimed at increasing the safety of employees and clients using the Receipt service at the point. The network is made up of postal facilities, SmartBox vending machines, Żabka stores, PKN Orlen stations and traffic press kiosks and lounges. In total, it is over 12 thousand. points throughout Poland.
Recent changes included, among others:
- Separation of special safety zones in postal facilities, guaranteeing the possibility of maintaining a safe distance between the client and the employee.
- Installation of Pleksy's protective barriers at the cash desks.
- Limiting the number of customers at the same time at the point.
- Securing points and employees with the necessary disinfection and personal protection measures.
- Changing the reception procedure to non -contact identity verification at post offices and at Orlen gas stations - the customer only shows from a safe distance of identity, then the employee himself writes the last four numbers of the verified document of the document on the receipt.
- Receipt without receipt at post offices and at Orlen stations - the customer does not sign and receives the parcel without receipt.
As part of the Service, Receipt at Poczta Polska provides 200 SmartBox vending machines, which are found in post offices and in Biedronka stores, from which you can receive shipments yourself and securely.
