Announcement about the results of the qualification procedure for the position of president and three vice presidents of the Poczta Polska Board SA V Common term
September 1 this year. As part of the qualification procedure for the positions of the President and three vice presidents of the Poczta Polska SA V Common term of office, the Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska SA decided to:
- the appointment of Mr. Krzysztof Falkowski as the Vice President of the Board of Poczta Polska SA V of the common term of infrastructure;
- the appointment of Mr. Wiesław Włodek as the Vice President of the Board of Poczta Polska SA V of the common term of office for licensed services and philatelic;
- the appointment of Mr. Mateusz Wodajaj as the Vice President of the Board of Poczta Polska SA V Common term of office for finance;
- the appointment of Mr. Andrzej Bodziona as the Vice President of the Board of Poczta Polska SA V of a common term - a representative of employees;
- completion of the qualification procedure for the position of President of the Poczta Polska SA V joint term of office without selecting a candidate.
At the same time, in connection with the resignation submitted by Mr. Tomasz Zdzikot, the Supervisory Board decided to entrust the duties of the President of the Board of Poczta Polska SA V to the common term to Mr. Krzysztof Falkowski.
