For the 10th time we received the "HP of the highest quality" certificate
Poczta Polska was again awarded with a certificate awarded to companies with the highest standards in the area of human capital, implementing interesting and original HR projects. This year, the company was awarded, among others For the project implemented as part of counteracting mobbing and discrimination - a tool for reporting abuse and irregularities "I speak open".
This year, Poczta Polska received the "HR of the highest quality" for her own project, implemented as part of activities related to building a friendly work environment - "I say openly". The platform, available from the intranet level, allows you to inform the HR department about undesirable activities and behavior in the workplace. The employee can report them in a simple and discreet way, without unnecessary formalities. Irregularities may directly apply to a person who feels badly treated or other employees. Each application is analyzed and verified by a specialized team in the scope of resolving conflicts and difficult employee matters. The rules for considering applications are set out in the regulations.
- The prize we obtained for the tenth time is a great distinction for Poczta Polska and confirmation that our activities carried out in the HR area deserve recognition. This year we were awarded for a project that makes it easier to build a good atmosphere in the workplace, in previous years for recruitment, development, adaptive and training projects. Each of them was our own solution, addressed to all employees or to selected professional groups. The purpose of the implementation of each of them was to increase employees' satisfaction and build the image of Poczta Polska as a good employer. We care about both current and potential employees of the company perceived us - says Grażyna Dratkiewicz, HR director at Poczta Polska.
As part of building a good atmosphere at work, the employer also introduced the "policy of counteracting mobbing and discrimination", prepared information materials and systematically conducts extensive and diverse communication activities.
From year to year, Poczta Polska is noting less and less irregularities reported anonymously. This significantly reduces the time necessary to reach the sources and causes of undesirable behavior and allows you to intervene quickly and effectively.
The "HR of the highest quality" certificate is rewarded with HR activities of companies in various areas: employee development, recruitment, motivational system and remuneration, internal communication, social social responsibility (CSR) and building the employer brand (Employer Branding). The award is preceded by a survey of a survey covering all HR processes and the analysis of the selected HR project carried out by Polish Human Resources Management Association.
The certificate is confirmation that the company is a good, reliable and reliable employer who uses solutions appreciated by the market in the area of human capital management. The award also strengthens the company's image as a good employer.
The title "HR of the highest quality" is another award in the area of human resource management, which has recently been received by Poczta Polska. In 2022, the company also received the Program Program Leaders of Social Responsibility in the category "Good Employer 2022" and the "The most active company of Entrepreneurship Day 2022", in 2021 - the title of laureate and the statuette "WOT Friendly Employer" and the title of laureate of the PFR program "Responsible and friendly employer".
