E-arranges are an electronic version of the traditional registered letter. This modern solution allows you to safely send and receive documents with the power of official confirmation that the message was sent and received. From January 1, the service will be compulsory for public institutions and public trust professions. For individual users it is a significant simplification.
Thanks to e-demonstration, you will no longer have to go to the post office to pick up or send important documents, and the whole process can be done online, from anywhere with access to the network.
Who is this obligation for?
From January 1, 2025, e-mails are mandatory for various public institutions (such as local governments or tax offices) and for public trust professions (e.g. lawyers, legal advisers, accounting). This means that these institutions and people will have to use e-mails to send and receive official documents. They will not be mandatory for citizens.

Thanks to it, if the sender sends the document electronically, and the recipient does not have an e-mailbox, Poczta Polska will print this document (in a safe and automated manner) and deliver it home, as it has happened so far.
How to start using e-demonstrations
to start using e-mails, just put on a digital inbox. It's a bit like setting up a new e-mail account, but with additional securing steps so that everything is official and safe. To have such a box, you need to submit a request for so -called Electronic service address (ADE) - this can be done at: http://edorecieni.gov.pl. Once the user has his ADE, he can activate his e-mailbox and start using it. It's almost easy to use an e-mail box, but much safer.
What are e-tuned
using an ADE box can also be activated e-Polecony and send and receive e-stained. Unlike e-mails intended for electronic communication, e-tuned e-recommended are used for correspondence between non-public entities (e.g. between two natural persons). Both services can be served using one and the same box.

Implementation of e-mails is a significant change in the Polish electronic communication system. By offering the same legal guarantees as traditional registered lists, e-mails become a modern alternative, which will replace the need to physically receive shipments over time. This is not only a step forward towards the full digitization of the country, but also a response to the needs of a digital society looking for fast, safe and convenient communication solutions.
