The subject of the contract is the execution by the contractor, together with the implementation of an IT solution supporting the service of sales and over -sales processes carried out in post offices together with the provision of maintenance services and warranty services.

Currently, sales processes are carried out in post offices using many systems, including the Poczta 2000 system, which is the basic system supporting the implementation of business processes. However, it is a distributed system, which is why its operation in many areas becomes not very effective, and quite a long time needed to introduce new services or adapt to the needs of customers does not allow Poczta Polska to a quick response to changes in the business environment. Hence the need to implement the central operating system, which was reflected in the strategy of Poczta Polska.

- Computerization of services is a requirement of our time, it benefits both clients and employees. The new IT system for selling sales in post offices is one of the most important IT projects that we are currently conducting. By developing a range of various postal, bank and financial services, we care about the satisfaction of customers visiting our facilities - says Andrzej Bodziony, vice president of Poczta Polska.

The system will enable both the implementation of services and providing the sale of sales of commercial goods offered in branches. An additional benefit of the implementation of the NSO will also be simplification and optimization of operational processes in each distribution channel of services and products.
