Polish Post Office laureate of the "WOT Friendly Employer" competition

WotPoczta Polska received another prize that he is a friendly employer. November 25 this year. The company received the title of laureate and the "WOT Friendly Employer" statuette in the medium -sized enterprise category. In 2019, Poczta Polska received such a reward at local level.

In the ranks of Poczta Polska, employing over 70,000 people, there are about 160 WOT soldiers (so -called territories). Due to the special importance in the state's defense system-the only postal operator of special economic and defense importance-the company specially understands the actions of the Territorial Defense Forces. The values ​​represented by territories - trust, honor, courage, respect, cooperation, sacrifice and teamwork - coincide with those values ​​that guide the Polish Post.

As an employer, Poczta Polska supports soldiers. He ensures that they enable them to accomplish the tasks of belonging to one of the types of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland and supports the acquisition of new qualifications in specialist military fields. Confirmation of the involvement of Poczta Polska in supporting WOT is the title of the winner of the competition entitled: "Employer Friendly WOT" received in 2019 by the Świętokrzyski Region of Poczta Polska.

Polish Post, with a network of 7.5 thousand institutions, located in the smallest towns throughout the country, is also in itself a system of a territorial network, enabling the combination of forces and cooperation with WOT to support and defend local communities. In addition, as a designated operator, the company implements, among others Opinions in the field of cooperation with the military field mail and participates in the mobilization development of the Polish Armed Forces.

Our company, carrying out tasks for the defense and security of the state, supports the effort of the Polish Armed Forces, and at the same time - being a close partner - supports and promotes the idea of ​​service in territorial defense forces - says Tomasz Zdzikot, president of the board of Poczta Polska.

By engaging in the promotion of recruitment to WOT and the entire armed forces and military service, Poczta Polska issued a circulated emission stamp of the "Territorial Defense Army". Recently, the company has also joined the social action of #Murekapolskimun of supporting soldiers as well as Border Guard and Police officers who are currently serving on the Polish-Belarusian border, guarding our joint security. As part of it, in 24 -hour post offices, dedicated and specially marked containers are made available in the country, into which everyone can throw cards or hand -created works with words of symbolic support, gratitude and thanks for the served service. Poczta Polska will provide them with representatives of uniformed services free of charge. Customers can also submit cards/laurels in those postal facilities where there is no abovementioned containers.

The title of the laureate and the "WOT Friendly Employer" statuette is another prize that Poczta Polska received as a friendly employer. Recently, she has won the PFR program "responsible and friendly employer". Over the next six years, the company also received a prize awarded by the Polish Association of Human Resources Management Companies with the highest human capital management standards - "the highest quality HR". Last year, she also won the first place in the 15th edition of the Lodołamacze competition at regional level (Łódź, Mazowieckie, Greater Poland and West Pomeranian Voivodeship) and became a laureate of this competition at the national level, occupying II. Place in the Open Rynek category.
