Customer service during the holiday and New Year period
During the Christmas and New Year period, the system of work of postal facilities changes. On public holidays on December 25 and 26 and the New Year, post offices will be closed, but from December 27 they will serve customers at standard hours.
Postal facilities that are open permanently on Saturdays on December 23 will serve customers at standard hours. On December 24 (Sunday), only non -commercial institutions work on Sundays (including 24 -hour institutions) up to a maximum of 12:00.
On December 25 and 26 (Monday, Tuesday), all facilities remain closed. On December 27 (Wednesday), post offices resume work according to the standard working time.
On December 30, post offices, which are customary on Saturdays, will operate at a standard time. On December 31, only 24 -hour institutions and facilities are usually open on non -commercial Sundays up to a maximum of 14:00. On New Year, all facilities remain closed. On January 2, post offices resume work according to the standard working time.
On January 6 (Saturday), on Epiphany, all the facilities remain closed. On January 7 (non -commercial Sunday), they resume the work of the institution customally open on these days and 24 -hour facilities.
Institutions located in facilities on which they are dependent (e.g. in ministries, courts, tax offices, municipalities, centers or shopping malls) may operate at other times than those listed above.
