Poczta Polska from today will deliver recommended to the box

registered_do_skrzynki_2In connection with the change in entries in postal law, Poczta Polska has introduced new, even safer guidelines regarding the delivery of registered mailing and postal packages and courier parcels. From today, registered lists may be delivered to the recipient's mailbox, while for packages and courier shipments, the obligation to obtain a receipt of the parcel has been suspended.

The introduced changes do not apply to shipments sent to or sent by courts, prosecutor's office and other law enforcement and court bailiffs.

The coronavirus epidemic forced changes in the provision of certain services. As a result of these changes, in emergency states or in the event of an epidemic state or an epidemic threat of registered list without confirmation of receipt and without electronic receipt confirmation (EPO) may be delivered to the recipient's mailbox without having to submit a special application. The obligation to obtain a receipt of the parcel by the courier was also suspended.
