Poczta Polska noted a significant increase in non -cash payments during the pandemic period

Post-Polish-Little-Little-Vistula-Placity-BesisyIn 2020, customers of Poczta Polska made nearly 25 million non -cash transactions. This convenient and available form of payment was an ideal solution for customers who did not want to pay for the services of Poczta Polska in cash, both in post offices and IU couriers.

Compared to 2019, Poczta Polska noted a over 120% increase in Blik transactions, while the amount of card payments increased by over 25%. We also noted a significant increase in non -cash payments at the couriers of Poczta Polska, where there were almost twice as much as the end of the year compared to 2019.

Thanks to the equipment of post offices, we provide customers not only the possibility of non -cash payments for our services to the payment terminals, but we also offer a number of other convenient solutions. Customers can benefit, among others With:

  • Payments in the card currency - DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion), which allows you to make payments for the services of Poczta Polska in the card currency issued by a foreign bank.
  • cash withdrawals from a bank payment card , which allows cash withdrawal from the bank payment card using the POS payment terminal. The maximum cash payment limit at post offices is PLN 5,000 (but no more than the cash payment limit set for a specific payment card). If the amount of the transaction with a card exceeds PLN 1,500, in each case it is required for the customer to provide a document confirming his identity. Poczta Poczta Polska does not charge any fees for payment of cash using payment cards, however, the payment may involve the bank (card publisher) provided for in the table fees and commissions of a given bank.
  • Cash-Back of this convenient banking service that allows customers to pay cash when making payment for purchases by payment card. The Cash-Back transaction can be carried out using the POS payment terminal only together with the payment, i.e. a sales transaction and cash withdrawal takes place during one operation. This service is possible for all Visa and MasterCard debit card holders issued by banks that have launched cash-back functionality. The maximum payment amount is PLN 300 for VISA cards and PLN 500 for MasterCard cards.
  • Purchasing PaySaFecard codes that allow the sale of PaySaFecard vouchers. These are unique combinations of so -called signs electronic codes that customers receive in the form of a printout from the POS terminal This code allows you to make payments on websites, including for services or delivery.

Importantly, we provide all of the above services:

  • in your own network of postal facilities, excluding postal agencies,
  • without any additional fees charged by Poczta Polska,
  • For Visa and MasterCard payment card holders, if the service provided requires the use of a card.

Polish Post Office, providing the possibility of non -cash payments, provides not only comfort and convenience to its clients, but also cares about their safety during the epidemiological threat. From the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, Poczta Polska has been using additional protective measures in all areas of activity and undertakes a number of actions aimed at limiting the risk of SARS-COV-2 coronavirus spreading
