Poczta Polska notes constant increases in non -cash payments

Blik 600 x 300-1In the Polish Post Office we are currently noting a constant upward trend of non -cash operations. In 2021, customers of Poczta Polska made over 26 million non -cash transactions in post office and couriers. This form of payment turned out to be a convenient and very safe solution in the conditions of pandemic.

Non -cash payments are becoming more and more popular among customers carrying out purchases in postal facilities and making payments for delivery withdrawal from couriers.

Poczta Polska's clients positively assess the possibility of payment with cards and BLIK. Comparing the number of transactions in 2021 to 2020, mobile payments in the entire network increased by over 97%, and card payments by 8%. However, in couriers we observed a significant increase in card transactions in comparison year -on -year by 14%. Shared non -cash payments affect the comfort of using the services offered by Poczta Polska and accelerate the service of customers taking parcels.

Poczta Polska develops sharing non -cash payments in the network of branches. Thanks to the POS Terminals installed, postal customers can use a wide range of services, including: DCC card payments, cash withdrawals (up to PLN 5,000), recharging mobile phones, cash-back or PaySaFecard codes.
