Poczta Polska opened the 29th facility in Olsztyn
Inhabitants of Olsztyn can already use all services of Poczta Polska in a modern post office at the Zatorz estate. Despite the state of the epidemic, Poczta Polska fulfills obligations to clients in the scope of availability of postal services. The new branch of the Olsztyn 3 Post Office was launched at ul. Borowa 4 lok. 3. This is the 29th postal facility in the city.
- One of the postal priorities is to take care of the availability of our facilities so that customers are close to their mail. We open new facilities where there is a demand for our services and economic justification. The new facility at the Zatorze estate, with an appropriate area and space for customer service, will certainly satisfy the demand for postal services and will be an important service point - says Sławomir Gałkowski, director of the network region in Olsztyn.
The facility, adapted to the service of disabled people, was designed in a modern and friendly arrangement, which is successively introduced in Poczta Polska outlets throughout the country and enjoys the recognition of persons using postal services. Customers will have at their disposal two comfortable windows in which they will be able to settle all matters from the offer of the entire Poczta Polska group and the trade zone.
Customer service will take place from Monday to Friday between 13.00 - 20.00. In the post office, you will be able to send cards, letters, packages, use financial services - payments, payments or buy stamps. There are 29 post offices in Olsztyn, including 2 postal agencies, and throughout the entire region of the network: 80 post offices, 107 branches and 134 postal agencies.
