Poczta Polska once again organizes a holiday internship program
Poczta Polska has once again launched the Postal Career Academy, i.e. a program of internships for students and graduates. For participants, this is the opportunity to gain experiences and skills necessary in professional life, and for the company it is a chance to acquire new, valuable employees, not only for the holiday period. Many people who go to Poczta Polska in this way stay in it for longer.
To participate in the program "Postal Career Academy", Poczta Polska invites students of recent years of study (3 year of bachelor's studies or 4-5 years of master's studies) and graduates of universities who have not graduated from 30 years of age on the day of the start of internships.
Top, paid internships can be completed at the company's headquarters, in units dealing with: accounting, control, treasury, infrastructure, sales, communication and HR. Current internship offers can be found here .
In 2023, Poczta Polska organizes the Postal Career Academy at the company's headquarters for the second time. Four times students and graduates could implement internships under the program also in the regional HR unit. In total, about 60 people participated in them, of which almost a third was employed in the company. Survey studies performed at the end of the internship show that in Poczta Polska he would like to work 80% of apprentices and 90% of them would recommend internships in the company.
Poczta Polska accepts people for internships not only as part of the Postal Career Academy. To the company annually - incl. As part of cooperation with employment offices, foundations and associations as well as techniques, vocational schools - it goes to the company from several dozen to several hundred people. In some regions, so -called Internships assisted for special school students (including the Poczta Polska Special Educational and Educational Center in Skawina).
Last year, Poczta Polska signed an agreement with Collegium Humanum - the Main School of Managerial with headquarters in Warsaw, including Implementation of professional practices of university students in the organizational units of Poczta Polska.
