Poczta Polska resembles safety rules at institutions
In order to minimize the risk of the spread of coronavirus and for the sake of the safety of employees and clients, special security zones were separated in Poczta Polska's post office. Customers are also asked to keep a safe distance between themselves, i.e. at least 1.5 MW while waiting for service. We also remind you to the obligation to cover the nose and mouth by customers visiting postal facilities.
During the service, customers should position themselves behind the tape on the floor - 1.5 meters from the employee. This is to minimize situations in which customers and employees are less than a meter. Mail employees ask clients to approach the service position. Closer contact is only possible at the employee's clear request to present documents or perform other necessary activities.
Customers in postal facilities should have their lips and noses covered. This can be done with a disposable mask, material mask, scarves, scarf or even a scarf.
We recommend that customers use the possibility of non -cash payments, e.g. payment cards or telephone, for their safety for their safety and our employees. This will also reduce customer service time and queue waiting time.
From the first days of March this year, Poczta Polska has taken a number of actions to minimize the risk of spreading the virus. Supplying employees with personal protection measures is a permanent operation of the company implemented from the beginning of the epidemic in Poland. The post office in a responsible and transparent manner takes all actions related to counteracting the spread of coronavirus, for the sake of clients and employees.
