Poczta Polska is expanding the network: 2,000 external vending machines until 2022.
Poczta Polska focuses on the intensive development of ecological, convenient and safe way of sending and receiving shipments. One of the most important strategic goals is to provide customers with 2,000. external packages. This is the answer of the postal operator to the dynamically developing online order market and customer expectations. Ultimately, the post office will have over 20,000 Shipping points in the Click & Collect network in 2022.
Poczta Polska is consistently developing its services, thanks to which the collection of online purchases is simple and convenient. New vending machines will stand nearby, among others post offices, at market supermarkets and galleries, at state and local government offices, in parish or housing cooperatives. Next year, 500 devices of this type will be put into use, the following year their number will increase four times.
- Poczta Polska made a strategic decision that assumes greater facilities for clients and our business partners. The e-commerce market may reach a ceiling of up to PLN 100-120 billion per year in the coming years. This is twice as much as estimated at the beginning of this year. Poczta Polska is already one of the leaders of the courier market and wants to continue to strengthen its position. Safe forms of delivery of shipments are increasingly important, which is why the post office will develop a network of vending machines for collecting shipments - says Tomasz Zdzikot, president of the board of Poczta Polska.
Poczta Polska provides the largest charging point in the country, which includes post offices, Żabka stores, kiosks and press lounges of traffic and selected ORLEN stations. In total, it is 13 thousand. points. Shipments can also be received in over 240 machines located, among others in post offices or Biedronka stores. Currently, 25% of courier shipments constitute deliveries to receipt points. The post office predicts that with the increase in the e-commerce market and the development of a network of pickup points, including parcel machines, in 2022, up to 50% of packages will be delivered to points and packages.

The courier can provide e-zakups directly to the address, the contracting authority may also pick them up at the selected point: a post office, Żabka, Orlen and Ruch or Paczetic Parker.
