Poczta Polska, together with kiosks and press centers, moved the possibility of non -contact shipping. You can already contact the package in post offices and at PKN Orlen stations.
The pickup in the point includes approx. 12 thousand. points. Customers decide where e-shopping will hit. By choosing a supply to kiosks and press lounges, customers will collect the parcels completely contactless. When picking up the parcel, just enter the seller with the collection code without having to touch the terminal/PIN Pad. The seller will register the code himself and in case of positive verification will issue a parcel. This is another action of Poczta Polska aimed at improving the service pickup at the point. The contactless and quick reception of shipments increases the sense of security.
As part of the network, the Receipt in the Poczta Polska point together with partners introduced a number of changes, among them:
- Separation of special safety zones in postal facilities, guaranteeing the possibility of maintaining a safe distance between the client and the employee.
- Installation of Pleksy's protective barriers at the cash desks.
- Limiting the number of customers at the same time at the point.
- Securing points and employees with the necessary disinfection and personal protection measures.
- Changing the reception procedure to non -contact identity verification at post offices and at Orlen gas stations - the customer only shows from a safe distance of identity, then the employee himself writes the last four numbers of the verified document of the document on the receipt.
- Receipt without receipt at post offices and at Orlen stations - the customer does not sign and receives the parcel without receipt.
